Oliver Brooks has written to Bexley Council and asked for action to be taken to clean up the footpath from Stratton Road to Church Road. Oliver says: "This footpath runs alongside Upland Primary School, and is covered in dumped rubbish and graffiti. The Council should be setting an example to local children and have a zero tolerance to this eyesore. Keeping it clean, and taking action against anybody caught dumping or committing acts of vandalism."
